Why does a North Cape May spouter keep submitting spouts incorrectly stating Lower Township has an obligation to supply lifeguards, toilets and more parking for the township-owned beaches along the bay from North Cape May through Villas? It doesn't. This spouter may want all that, but more residents don't and the township should not be bullied into supplying those things for a few people. The beaches on the bay are environmental beaches, as per the county, and swim at your own risk, the same as the very popular, state-owned Higbee and all the bay beaches.
