What is with all the mobile homes, boats and construction trailers parked down by the bay side? Aren't there rules about how many and how long a trailer can be on a property? There have been two trailers parked on a single lot on Pacific for months. They even live in one of them. Someone has also parked a boat bigger than their house over the sidewalk. Where is code enforcement?
