Lower Township should fire more administrators instead of teachers if they really want to save money. The superintendent could take a pay cut. Better yet the LCMR superintendent could run both districts and just eliminate the LT superintendent position entirely. Why are there 2 separate districts in the same township? In any district, school administrators are massively overpaid. So many administrator positions could be cut and lots of tax dollars saved. Who will want to send their kids to Lower Township schools now. Get an all new school board that will make the needed administrator cuts!
