Regarding LT's proposed beach rules ordinance: Are the new rules legal? Who will enforce them? Will Council seek a qualified, legal opinion? Does the town have jurisdiction over private property and below the high water mark? Who asked the volunteer rec. advisory board to change the beach rules anyhow? Come on Council, we can do better.
