In regard to the article about whether Covid has hurt or helped the economy, what I see is people buying up houses and then renting them. The renters are coming 8, 10, 15 or more per house and bringing a lot of their supplies and food with them. Not much extra income for communities, profit for the homeowner. Extra sewage, water use, beach use, trash and medical services for locals to pay for.
