If we ever get another Covid stimulus check, first I had decided to spend it locally investing in my home. Changed my mind. I will now need it because taxes are going to go up, my medical has changed and will continue to change probably for the worst, gas will be taxed higher making everything (like food) higher. Cable is going up. Yup, time to put it in the bank for upcoming hikes. Too bad for the local economy.
