New Jersey schools are rated some of the best in the country, and paid for by our exorbitant taxes. The well-educated students leave here for other parts of the country because there are no jobs here. The surrounding states then benefit from our outrageous property taxes. We're left with the drop-outs and welfare families. We don't get much of a return on our investment.
