I'm in agreement with the spout getting an outsider as the new superintendent rather than a friend or family member. Sad thing is they won't and will hire a connection like they always have. The last superintendent was nothing more than a bean counter with no regard for staff. Time for a major overhaul, including the aging boys club on the board.
