If we are going to divorce ourselves economically from China, after the next election would be the time. Hopefully they aren’t too serious about reclaiming Taiwan, but credible sources say they are considering the political landscape here carefully, however with Bidens weakness, and the strong possibility Trump will be president again, hopefully they recognize that this would hurt them more than us. If we all stopped buying from them tomorrow, China would be in serious trouble, but our leader just seems to try and get closer to dictatorships. China has us right where it wants us economically.
