The drivers who complain about vehicles passing probably don't do the minimum speed limit. I bet people who don't maintain the minimum speed limit cause more accidents than those who exceed the limit. Accidents are caused by drivers trying to pass! If you can't maintain the minimum speed, you should not be driving!
