Congratulations to ltes number one janitor on his retirement after a stellar career. Joe Sovoni will be a tough one to replace. A retired Philadelphia police officer who went on to move to lower and become one of the best janitors in the district. Can’t wait for his retirement party to see all his colleagues including Fred Fala Joe C and others.
