The City of Cape May is being run and managed by some really inept people. To think that they don’t want to pay a decent salary to the guy in charge of supplying drinking water to the city residents is just crazy. The guy is educated and has all the required state licenses. He runs a multi million dollar plant. A salary of $150,000.00 a year is not enough yet they want to pay him $100,000. There are cops with no education making more than that.
