To the CM spouter about 20 miles an hour.... Umm let's start with people turning right on Red when it clearly states otherwise. Next, do not enter on a one way street, which they do all season long. Certain streets in CM become a race track for delivery truck, postal cars etc... you know who you are. You are still not address Sydney and Washington Streets. That is horrible. They fly through those stops signs yet no one gives a nonsense. Close that street off .
