It is illegal for Middle Township to use our taxes to buy land without voter approval just to sell it to a developer that will build more houses that will only result in even higher taxes and lower our already declining quality of life. It's beyond corrupt. Middle Township needs a mayor and committee that isn't hellbent on paving over all of Middle Township in the name of ratables. More development does not lower taxes. That should be really clear by now! Middle Township should use eminent domain to save the Indian trail land from development, not use it to develop land.
