If you have a real complaint, go into the township and say something. The Tax Assessor’s Office is not a traditional walk-in customer service department. Staff are frequently in the field conducting inspections, property reviews, and assessments throughout the Township. The doorbell system simply alerts staff when residents arrive so they can provide assistance promptly and securely. Residents are still fully served during business hours, and transparency remains a priority. Spreading misleading narratives about Township operations does not change the facts of how the office functions.
