Erma - I’ve towed ad banners for years along county beaches. It’s rather easy to see and predict the movement of sand. The northeast quads of any beach town get eaten away. Then the sand flows south. The mid crescent beach of Avalon always gains sand. Townsends Inlet exacerbates the trouble. The waves build across the inlet. Same with N Wildwood. It’s right in the teeth of a nor’east blow. I truly think the north end of Avalon will have homes washed away if another super nor’easter blows. N Wildwood is in extreme danger. It’s very easy to see from above.
