To the Sea Isle spouter asking Why did Sea Isle City raise the real estate tax for 2021-2022 by >8%? I thought the City of SIC had a surplus in reserve. It wasn’t to give city employees raises by the mayor, like there was a raise in county taxes to give county employees big raises by the commissioner.
