Have to give the folks credit for programming the traffic lights on Roosevelt boulevard/Parkway exits by Ocean City. It's only Thursday and the backed up traffic is close to 2 miles already and it takes 20 minutes to go from ShopRite to the Northbound Parkway ramp.
