Here we go again with the unmarked Trooper stopping females but this also occurring on back roads. This Trooper wearing a tactical vest and showing a lieutenants badge. This happen before to a friend of mine wife and now to my wife. Of course the state police deny everything. This car has so many lights it can't be fake without the other officers seeing them.
