I still say County Dispatch and private ambulance service in Middle Twp. was the worst decision ever made by the town. The EMTs still smell of cigarettes', body odor, and slow response. They still respond to the victims with clipboard in hand, no crash bag. They see what they have first then go back to the ambulance to get the equipment. I have never seen this occur in Wildwood or Stone Harbor. They are always ready. MT please go back to paid EMT"s not volunteers.
