Years of coaching baseball with an extension cord running from a non-GFI receptacle to the mound to power the pitching machine bothered us. We care about the children. We asked permission to do free work with our time to ensure safety for the kids who are running over the cord in cleats with the ground wet. We did it for safety for our kids. Stop the rumors when you are misinformed. We and the rec. director and staff care about the kids, not for a vote.
