It is time to consider banning smoking on the Washington Street

Cape May - It is time to consider banning smoking on the Washington Street Mall. At times, the cigarette and cigar smoke is overwhelming. Also, with the smoking ban on all New Jersey beaches coming the first of the year, it would be wise to ban smoking on the promenade. Ocean City and Wildwood have banned smoking on their boardwalks. Both are a pleasure to visit.
