The value of competition, good sportsmanship and team effort is lost amidst the favoritism so obvious in Dennis Township little league. Shame on the coaches who use their status as a volunteer to promote and advance their own children's interests at the expense of those children left feeling they aren't "talented" enough to be part of your winning team. Winning is important, but it is not the most important part of recreation level sport programs.
