The reporter passed THC-laced cocktails and joints. The reporter herself appeared high from second-hand smoke. Meanwhile, Anderson Cooper is stating from New York, "it's legal in Denver!" That is true, but most laws state, "Marijuana purchase of an ounce or less is only for private consumption, not for public display or consumption." Did CNN violate the law?
