Court House - This time of year in OC, there are just way too many bikes, surreys, and skateboards going fast and weaving in and out of people. A lot of older folks attend fall events and use canes, walkers or scooters to get around. The folks on bikes, surreys and skateboards come up out of the blue on people walking. Too often I've witnessed many near misses. For everyone's sake OC, get the bikes off the boardwalk by 11 a.m.
