I heartily agree with the Court House spouter regarding the gang

Court House - I heartily agree with the Court House spouter regarding the gang of teenagers at the Court House library, however, it's not just outside the library. The other day I was inside the library looking up a book on the computer, and the terrible language and all the noise coming from the group of kids jammed together in the small room they hang out in was so inappropriate! These kids are so disrespectful and make it so unpleasant for anyone using the library between 3 and 5 p.m. on weekdays. Why are they allowed to just hang out in there? Obviously, they are not studying.
