Stone Harbor - Our visits to the beach are subject to constant whistling from lifeguards trying to keep people within certain swim areas. I know they are trying to do their jobs, but they are sometimes overzealous. Why can't flags be provided to mark the swim area? These work really well in Ocean City, and there is practically no need for the whistles. It would make everyone's beach experience a lot nicer.
