Court House - The governor of Connecticut just signed a bill to raise the state's minimum wage to $10.10 per hour by the year 2017. It will be done in increments over the next three years. Next year it will be $9.15 and in 2016 it will be $9.60. We will never see that happen here in NJ and our cost of living is right up there with Connecticut. If jobs paid a living wage here, maybe we would have less people applying and qualifying for partial assistance from the government that we, the taxpayers, are footing the bill for.
