Burleigh / Philadelphia - "If you like your doctor, you can keep him. Period!" "The average family's health insurance costs will decrease about $2,500 a year." Why hasn't this guy been impeached? How can it be legal for a legislator to vote on a bill that he/she didn't read? They should all be thrown out of office. This law is an outrageous and egregious insult against the Constitution and the taxpayers.
