Elimination of landlords is by intelligent design. No rent collections and no evictions, yet mortgage's, utilities , maintenance and repairs must be completed. Property taxes, sewer and water must be paid. It is a government planned obsolescence of small landlords. Once the small properties are forced into bankruptcy and forced to sell at " fire sale " prices, banks and major corporations will own all the properties . A huge monopoly of housing will be controlled by a few companies. Laws will be changed to benefit companies possessing houses, property and land.
