Does anyone understand the point of any of these electric speeding signs posted in random locations around the county? I was treated to one planted directly on my front lawn (so very "decorative"). Its most entertaining (and alarming) to watch who can reach the HIGH SCORE for the day! I don't get the objective as it furiously flashes red numbers signifying a vehicle is WAY over the speed limit. For what purpose? To break the record? Its not like any authority is doing anything about it. Consequences? None. Can someone out there help me understand their value?
