Cape May County is home to lots of old people. Old people die, even when there is no pandemic. I get the idea behind closing hotels/motels, but what are people supposed to do when older relatives die? There may not be any funeral, but settling the estate and making burial arrangements require human action, it can't all be done on line. Where should the people who have to come in to handle this stay? Not all old folks live in spacious shore houses; some even live in nursing homes. Closing hotels is a knee jerk reaction aimed at preventing "shoobies" from visiting which ignores essential travel.
