$700.000 plus Condos going up around Golf Course just off Rt 9 . Looks like there could 30 or more. This increases the Real Estate tax income and that raises a question. Will this significant increase in taxes received result in the lowering of Real Estate for all Home owners in Township or will we see more relatives hired and salaries increased?
