Clermont - A sewer pipeline running through South Seaville and Clermont will have a devastating effect on all residents of Dennis Township. It will not matter one whit if we want high-density housing or not, the developers will force the matter and it will happen. All DT residents need to pull their heads out of the sand and speak up now, as once the pipeline goes through it will be too late. This isn't a "chicken little" cry; this is the biggest threat to our rural character that our township has ever faced.
