Clermont - I own a park trailer in a community that has raised the land rent every year. They claim the rates are competitive. This year up by $450 which is over 7 percent increase. They have purchased other campgrounds in the area too. Are they artificially creating high land rents? Is there no guideline or ceiling that would help us in the future? Is this considered price gouging? Delaware has laws on land rents for communities. Doesn't New Jersey?
