Why does the Herald insist on printing messages that appear to b

Cape May - Why does the Herald insist on printing messages that appear to be the same thought from the same person multiple times in each issue? There must be people that just submit their opinions 3 or 4 times each week, the same thing over and over. Could you pick out a representative submission and be done with it?
