A recent comment that golf carts aren't breaking the 25-mph spee

Cape May - A recent comment that golf carts aren't breaking the 25-mph speed limit in town because they have a governor on the motor that limits its speed. Sorry, but those in the know can easily eliminate that governor on golf carts, E-bikes and scooters. My four-seater golf cart can easily break 35-mph and my E-bike, 45-mph. Pretty easy to do too. Just don't get caught breaking the law. Enjoy summer!
