Cape May - Re: The Cape May comment on the boaters that block his/her view and pollute your air with cigarette smoke and noisy music at Higbee Beach. I happen to be one of those boaters that anchor just offshore on the weekends with my family and we enjoy the friendship of the other boaters doing the same thing. Not sure where you are going with the cigarette smoke and loud music either. Some of us do play music on our boats but it certainly isn't loud. We also enjoy water skiing and tubing. Cape May Point State Park is a "free" beach where you can go if we are bothering you. Enjoy your summer.
