Cape May - I see that West Cape May has lost the grant for the circle near CVS. Good. Now they can drop the whole thing. It was a stupid idea to begin with. NJ has been doing away with circles for years. Just put up lights like every other town and city does. If the commissioners keep pursuing it we will know it's just a wasteful vanity project.
