Avalon - Can't enjoy the second season in AV. It is a CONSTRUCTION MECA!!!! No rules, no enforcement, and WHO CARES? There are still vacationers and owners here. Noise and chaos is unbelievable!!!! It starts, now that hourly restrictions have been lifted, early morning until late at night.
