I hear the folks in Delaware will lose out on single-use plastic

Cape May - I hear the folks in Delaware will lose out on single-use plastic bags in January 2021. The new law won’t ban “doggie clean up bags,” trash bags and dry cleaner bags. This is ridiculous. Now you have to buy “doggie clean up bags” instead of repurposing plastic bags. Of course, all of the other plastic bags are okay? This is pure ignorance and an overreaction. Are there any people with sense left?
