Cape May - I had an epiphany; you know the kind that hits you on the side of your head. Like mom’s used to do, when you didn’t take off your muddy shoes in the house.

Okay, where am I going... I just realized that my joy of proudly flying the American flag at home (35+ yrs.) on 16’ poles, has been diminished by certain people. Sadly, there are so many angry versions of our flag now, that purposefully separate our country.

I felt that the symbol was highjacked. Well, no more the US flag belongs to all citizens. As a proud democrat, I fly it in its true form, w/ honor and respect.
