Avalon - A Middle Township Spouter thinks that "criminals will be criminals regardless the laws in place". What a stupid statement. Should we then have no laws? The Spouter is saying, in other words, that laws don't work. Should we then abandon all laws? Of course not. If laws are not sufficiently effective, we make them stronger, whether the issue is child pornography, identity theft, rape, arson, or gun violence.
