How can the Lower Cape May Regional High School football program

Cape May - How can the Lower Cape May Regional High School football program only win two games a year, when their junior high program is good year after year? I believe they only lost one or two games. Maybe it's a coaching problem? My opinion - send the guys up from the junior high program to coach the high school team. Something has to change in order to keep kids involved in the program, and build a winning culture.
