Cape May - Are the residents and property owners on Elmira, Bank, and Broad streets aware that two Cape May City Council members want to put the police station right in the middle of their neighborhood? What will that do to their property values? Bright lights 24/7, sirens, noise and all of the security fencing that accompanies a police station. Not the best location. An excellent plan to keep all of the public safety professionals in the same location on Washington and Franklin is underway, but two council members don't like it. When the sirens start next to your house, you know who to blame.
