Cape May - Even the talking heads on Fox News are saying that the shooting in Missouri is energizing the black vote, which, if it plays out, will bring African Americans by the millions to the polls this Nov. This bodes well for the Democratic candidates and shows the rising strength of the minority population to influence elections, and not just by black voters.
