Cape May - Cape May City Council should adopt a resolution preserving the tract of land at the corner of Missouri and Pittsburgh Avenues. Recently, the council passed a resolution supporting the preservation of the Sewell Tract. The issues are all the same with the vacant lot on Pittsburgh that precipitated the Sewell resolution, such as environmental sensitivities, COA, wetlands, etc.
