Cape May - Cape May cannot afford an estimated $20 million public safety building. Estimate was by Hill Associates for which the city paid. The water department is looking at an estimated $29 million in water system repairs and updating the desal plant. The Lafayette street park is costing $3 million. The library project about $2 million. The soldiers and sailors park about $1 million. The voters better wise up and vote for the ordinance which will appear on the ballot as 402-2020
which will be for the $5 million fire house.
