Why did the president go on national television Sept. 10 and give ISIS, our enemy, a heads up on what our country is going to do to them for the next three years? The element of surprise, a key to winning any battle, war, etc., is gone. What is the deal with the 'three year' plan for a war? Go in, get it done and get out.
