Someone said that Cape May is the new Hamptons. I don’t agree. The Hamptons don’t allow short term rentals. When Cape May requires a monthly rental like the Hamptons, then maybe it will. Until then we all suffer with congestion, strangers, and loss of community. Maybe time to sell.
